For over twenty one years I have been helping individuals, couples and children experiencing difficulties in coping with anxieties arising from a wide range of situations including sexuality and relationships, bereavement, addiction, abuse, childhood, parenting and adolescence. I work from my home in Ross Road, Killarney providing a confidential, person centred and non-judgmental counselling and support service. Anxiety can be experienced by anyone of any age. Nobody is immune. It is the ailment of our times. But it is also the body’s way of asking for help. Unsupported it can develop into panic attacks and/or depression but with the right kind of support it can be the beginning of a powerful inner journey.
