I am a chartered counselling psychologist, a chartered organisational psychologist, an accredited holistic psychotherapist, and a registered yoga teacher. I have been in private practice in Dublin and running courses in Relaxation, Meditation, Wellbeing and Positivity and Stress Management for individuals and companies for over 30 years. I am a co-founder and Director of the Irish Association for Holistic Medicine, and I have been involved in training mindfulness practitioners, holistic practitioners, positive psychology coaches, and holistic psychotherapists. I have also lectured in psychology at Masters level and I am an experienced keynote speaker, and speaker at international conferences. “My passion is for empowering people to get the most out of themselves and life. I find many people are stuck in repetitive mental and emotional patterns that are not conducive to happiness or peace of mind. I have a very practical approach to incorporating mindfulness and positive psychology techniques into your life to increase resiliences, reduce stress and anxiety, and build lasting happiness habits. This has a transformative effect on your mind set and daily life.
