I am a Chartered Psychologist C.Psychol. PsSI and having been practicing as a psychologist for 25 years. I currently offer psychological coaching services online for adults who want to make changes in their lives and become their fully resourced selves. Online sessions last 50 minutes, Psychoeducational materials and homework exercises are provided. I have special interests in ADHD, anxiety and stress management, moving away from feeling stuck, not good enough or indecision. I use a variety of modalities, including ACT, DBT, CBT, Therapeutic Coaching, Brief Therapy and Neuroscience Coaching. I offer Online Coaching as well.
