- BJBrian JacksonNov 6, 20251.0Went in for a screen repair and they first put on a faulty screen, next they had me come back to replace the faulty screen which I thought was good, then my phone still didn't work and they forgot to put my stylus in so bad to go back but the phone turned out to still not working and can't make calls so called them and they said to come back, they replaced it again and now my camera doesn't work or my flashlight and I can only make wifi calls. Tried it out and it never got better. Still can't make calls outside of my home, called them back and they said they would do nothing to help again at this point. Horrible customer service and a waste of $300 now have to make a claim on my phones insurance. I advise not using this business
