He was able to get my wife’s phone screen ordered one week, and the same day I received the call the replacement came in, I got the call it was repaired, protected with a new screen protector and case (with lifetime warranty!), and was able to get the phone tricked out with a new Popsocket to match! Thank you Zagg, and thank you especially, Anthony! Edit: it’s been one week since having posted my review, and it has come to my attention that the tech that had serviced my phone has since been fired from his position. I had reviewed Zagg with five stars, however due to this new information, I’ve since updated my review to three stars.
