Don’t waste your time and go here. Just go to the actual Verizon location by the mall on Poleline. Went in here “Victra” to trade in my iPhone for a free 16 pro on a free promo they had running. I did a 2nd one also asked was assured both would be free. Azure who no longer works there don’t ring up th promotion so it charged me for both phones. After getting my bill and seeing this I went back in and she/she said I had to go to the Verizon on Poleline. They sent me back to her. I then was told it would work itself out in a few billing cycles. It did NOT! I talked to the manager and was told they would be getting it fixed for me and that the district manager would be calling me to fix it. I was told this many times. I would call and get no answer back, no text back. Finally got through on a phone call to a manager and he said he’d look into it and call me back. ONE YEAR later and it’s still not fixed so I went to Verizon on Poleline and in one hour they had it fixed for me. The Bluelakes location Victra is a complete joke. I’ve read other reviews sounding just like mine! Verizon said I’m not alone in this issue.

Very frustrating experience. I’ve been trying to get a phone since Dec. 5th. Finally I have it! The Representative was awesome. He explained the process well, and was through about what I needed to know. He got me hooked up with a new phone in no time once I explained the issues I’d been having.

Even though there was a wait, staff remained friendly and when it was my turn he handled my ‘lost phone/new phone’ problem politely and efficiently.
