  We came in looking to switch carriers and was helped by Natalie. She was awesome! Answered all of our questions, was very upfront and transparent about everything which is what we were lacking at our previous cell phone carrier. We left with brand new phones and a new plan that was cheaper than our previous one.

  Terrible people here just trying to money grab and take advantage of people. They tried to charge my parents for transferring there data and apps from their old iPhone's to their new iPhone's, my parents are older and just needed some help but anyone who has an iPhone and has transferred data and apps knows it’s done through the cloud and it makes zero sense to charge someone to do that when the person with the phone is just guided by the apple program. As someone who’s had Verizon for 19yrs and just got a new IPhone had help at the store in Boise I know that’s a flat out lie. Don’t go here for activations and save yourself the $50 lie, go on YouTube or ask someone you know to help you or call the tech support people from apple or Verizon.

  Bad experience I bought the new iPhone 17pro Max, I remember that the lady who attended me told me that I had 30 days to change it in case I didn't like the color or didn't want it anymore (paying $50) on Tuesday I went to the store I arrived 10 minutes before the store closed, the boy told me that he could no longer attend me because his system would close automatically at 8pm, it's okay I understood and before leaving I asked him if he could tell me until what date I have to return it, he told me until the 28th of this Month, I returned this Wednesday 1 hour before the store closed and a guy who received me said that he could not change the color for the store and that I had to call CUSTOMER SERVICE that they would help me. And before I left I asked again when the deadline expires to be able to change the color they told me on the 24th of this month. Which I don't know who to believe anymore!!! Unfortunately today I called customer service and they told me that they can't do it since the phone grabbed it in the store and everything changed it has to be done there. The truth is that they are poorly trained. The employees who work there, do not agree to provide dates and information, it is unpleasant to have to deal with people who do not help you and complicate you more. I suppose that before working in that type of position they must be trained and know how to serve a client.👎🏼👎🏼……….. Worry about giving good service and providing good information, not only about selling for the sake of selling, I see that I am not the only one who has had this type of attention, worry about the comments that people leave you 80% are unsatisfied reviews.

  I went in because I had ended up with a virus on my phone. I had opened and downloaded a file I was expecting from my school district. They charged me $30. It "looked" like it was fixed. I said thank you and still couldn't connect to my Bluetooth in my car, my messages weren't sending and I'm still getting popups. This is the 3rd time I've had to get on before I finished my message having to get out of popups. They also deleted all of the progress on the one app I told them I used.
