  Very store with nice setup. The store unfortunately did not have what i went for but the customer service was very good and ended up finding some other items i needed.

  ***HUGE*** shout out to "Ryan" from the Geek Squad. He single handedly, within 15 minutes, fixed my app that kept crashing. Mind you this is after MULTIPLE calls to Apple and their tech support and the app developer themselves. I have stressed and waited to use this program from 3 months. I was so frustrated and desperate...AND HE FIXED IT WITH A SIMPLE TURN OF A TOGGLE SWITCH. I suspected it was something like this all along and NO ONE WOULD LISTEN. So grateful and he needs a raise!! One happy customer.

  Orlando wouldn’t approve my price match with Walmart. Sold and shipped by walmart ready for pickup and Orlando wouldn’t try for me because he said “the price of SSD is going up”. A different employee told me if it was a different manager id get my price match but Orlando the manager at the time didn’t price match for me. Pretty disappointed to see this best buy selling a m.2 2tb internal storage for $450 on sale price! Is insane. I’ll just get mine from walmart for $208 sadly

  Not a knock on the store itself. Been there plenty. Super friendly, well stocked, helpful. Almost like they'd give you a kidney. But I called asking a simple question and got rerouted to a call center after answering the ai's questions. Asked a price of a service and was told all they could do for me was schedule an appointment. That they have no information on best buy's services. Asked to just be connected with the store because it was a simple service and I'm sure they deal with it all the time. Was told that wouldn't be possible and that every time I'd call the store I'd be sent back to them. So I told them reasonably, "what's the point of scheduling a service at best buy, not knowing the cost, when I could just call a local store that does the same thing and they'd give me an answer over the phone?" She hung up on me. Immediately. Oh to be so rich and comfortable I could care less about my customers, what a world we live in.
