- SBShalisa Bowman3 days ago2.0I brought my phone in with a shattered screen along with a non usable phone of the same model to have the screens swapped. I was told it would take 20 minutes. I brought my kids and we ended up waiting for 2 hours only to be informed that they had accidentally broken my good screen. They put the broken one back on and told me to come back the next day and they'd put a new screen on for me. Everything looked fine when I picked the phone up. After I left and made the first phone call I realized my speaker for calls is totally screwed up and the following day I have a big crack through my screen that I have no idea where it came from. The phone hasn't been dropped or anything. To be fair the employees were very friendly and the price was good but I definitely wouldn't reccomend them to a friend.

Logan had the knowledge and expertise to know where to dig into the system and get them out, something that we could not. He worked on it for 30 minutes, leaving it like new. Thanks, Logan!!!

I got my screen replaced and another store said it would cost 209 bucks and take a few hours but at zagg it only cost me 130 dollars to get a new screen and case and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great customer service
