I had bought one of their styluses from the store 10 days earlier, it did not come with the charger, but I also had to go out of town so I was not able to return it immediately, it had to wait 10 days. When I went back to return it, I did successfully return it under whatever description or condition they want to describe, my initial intention was only to get a charger for it, but Jackson wanted to exchange it under a warranty exchange. Initially, he tried to charge me for the warranty exchange saying that it would be roughly $12. I told him that was not going to happen because I bought the stylus which was supposed to include a charger. It had not come with a charger and I was not going to buy a warranty exchange for something that didn’t come with what it was supposed to come with. After a few seconds he made up some excuse why he could do this free of charge, but they weren’t supposed to, and then it wasn’t normal, but on the receipt, it says that I can return the product for any reason within 30 days for a full refund. It had only been 10 days. And again I only wanted a charger, not an exchange. Making up reasons not to do something and then making up reasons why you’re so special and accommodating to do the thing that is guaranteed in print on your receipt is not a good look. I understand that he is young and this is a learning experience, but simply doing what you should without making up weird stories is a much better way to go in the future. People will acknowledge it and respect it more. They won’t view it as a hoax or a gimmick or a joke like my wife and I did.
