Glanced in my direction and gave a half hearted smile with no comment whatsoever such as welcome in or I will be with you as soon as possible. Just left me wandering around and I purposely looked his way several times to elicit some kind of response bit got absolutely nothing. After about 20 mins I walked out. Poorest customer experience EVER and I was looking to cash purchase a new iphone 17 pro. I will take my business elsewhere

The other carrier took forever to transfer us over but Josh helped us out so much and even stayed after his shift to make sure everything was taken care of and made sure we go a great deal! Barbara the manager also was there the entire time making sure everything went smoothly and jumped in to help transfer our date because we had 7 people transfer! Such amazing service! 10/10
