We drove to Idaho falls to a corporate store early this morning to be told that “if I wanted changes to our account, call the Verizon customer service line” Needless to say we weren’t happy. We drove to the store in Rexburg. Josh was absolutely amazing. He apologized for an employee that had no relation to their store, and took amazing care of us. he went above and beyond what he needed to ensure that everything was taken care of.
