- KHKenzie HackneyApr 3, 20261.0I don’t usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I’d caution anyone needing more than basic checkups or vaccines to look elsewhere. I had good experiences here at first, but things changed when my dog needed a small pea sized cyst removed. The stitches given were absolutely horrendous, which should have been my first red flag. Five days later the incision reopened likely due to the amount of pus from an infection. I had to take him to an emergency vet to have it stapled closed. When I called to discuss the situation the following Monday, I was met with no compassion and was blamed for the situation, when I really was only concerned about the possibility of infection. (I grew up on a ranch and know what is and is not normal healing processes for all sorts of animals, and also how to provide proper care) My dog has also had previous stomach surgery, and was neutered elsewhere without ANY issues, yet this minor incision has caused the most trouble i’ve ever had with a dog. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of care and lack of accountability and help.
