I came in to have my old phone transferred to my new phone….they informed me it would cost $60 when previously over the phone they had quoted $30. Then they told me they could not help and I would have to go to the corporate store in cda on prairie. I went to the corporate store who charged me $30 and told me that the other store could have solved my issue but just didn’t want to. Talk about getting the run around and really poor customer service!!!
