Sent laptop for repair under warranty. They physically inspected it and found it to be in warranty condition. Now they want to charge me for water damage. I don’t see how that’s possible. It wasnt near water. The biggest problem is that they sent a link saying it was on hold, info in service details. The service details had no info other than owing $85 and that my service was on hold. There was no link to approve and no info given. I called to check in on this. The fellow on the phone said same info above and that my laptop was on its way. I wanted info about what was repaired and proof that it was water damage. He hung up on me. I don’t think that request was unreasonable. I didn’t raise my voice, didn’t call names calls are recorded… My flabbers are gasted on this one.
