I asked if he could help us find a store where we could purchase one and he replied I don’t know how to do that and I don’t know which locations stock them. WOW what happened to customer service.

Using the store phone number is hard as you get a customer service person and it's upsetting as I want to talk to the store personally. Also, I went to the Verizon store as my phone gave a promotional discount offer and I didn't get a chance to question him about my discount. I wanted to buy an Apple Watch too so I have so many issues. I guess I'll need to go to the store and pray I get the same man.
