  I thought I had simple questions about VPN, text messages and several others. The guy I talked to Ray didn't know crap. I have rocks at home smarter than him. What a waste of time.

  This store sold me a new phone with a protection package, it was sold to me as a case, charger and unlimited free screen replacements. However after going in to get a new screen protector they tried to charge me $40 for a new screen protector, I informed them that I had purchased the protection package and he said that is why they were only charging $40 instead of $80 because it’s unlimited at a discount?? How does that make sense? You’re selling products based on lies. Do not fall for these sales tactics when they lie to you about what it actually is.

  Very bad experience at this Verizon store. First day I came to upgrade my phone and my wife’s phone. The employee was not friendly and did not explain any options, plans, or promotions. He just said I was eligible and ordered the phones without explaining details. I trusted him. When I came back to pick up the phones, another employee helped with data transfer but could not explain what plan or promotion was applied. He said “the other guy did it” and did not check the system or help further. Returning the trade-in phones was very confusing. One phone they took in the store, but for the other phone they told me to ship it myself with UPS. This was not explained clearly and felt very unorganized. No one explained how the trade-in credit works or when it will show on my bill. Another day I came to return the devices and waited a long time without anyone even saying “we will be with you shortly.” I had to leave and come back another day. Overall, the staff was not helpful, not clear, and not professional. I felt rushed and confused the whole time. No one took responsibility or explained things properly. I will not return to this store and do no Recommend it

  Please make sure you get all yhe numbers before to sign anything. The truth is not their strong suit. They will tell you what you want to hear but when the bill comes a month later everything is a bit off. Get it in writing, how much your trade is worth, new payment amount, activation fee added to bill, etc. Good news is customer service is amazing and made all the wrongs right and then some.
