The wife and I came in on a busy day and was greeted with enthusiasm . A young man by the name of Cade helped her figure out her phone problems. Great job Cade! And great job to his manager Elizabeth as well.

Bad enough to leave a review after today’s drop in. I would give ZERO stars if it allowed me to. Let’s start off with the “employee” was “busy” sitting on the stool on his phone. It shouldn’t be hard to figure out who my encounter was with since he was the only one “working”. When I walked in, he greeted me with a cold and irritated, “We are closed”. The business hours listed said they were still open, I let him know he still had time. Plus, if they were “closed”, he wouldn’t have been there and the doors would have been locked. There were NO customers in the store (after my interaction, I see why). I can’t imagine paying an employee to not want to sell merchandise in the store AND kick customers out of the store, especially during open hours. The reason for my visit was look at the color of the phones, which doesn’t take very long. I was told I could “look at the poster on the wall”. Everything was “already put away” and he informed me that there was nothing I could do in the store “because his system would kick him out”. So, I can’t buy anything…got it. The items I needed to look at or ask about didn’t require the system…only at the bare minimum - basic customer service. I asked about cases and was responded with a hurried, “Yeah”, “I don’t know”, basically, a quit asking questions, I’m not gonna help you, type of vibe. My interaction was clearly short and I left before the actual stores closing hours. If this is the typical customer service this store provides, that is a horrible representation on Verizon, let alone this location and staff itself.
