The gentleman that helped us was very patient and knowledgeable. I am glad we were the only ones in there because it took a couple hours to get us set up with the IPhone 17 pro

Husband and I have come here a few times for different phone reasons. We're overall super pleased with everyone that's helped us, except for one of the employees.
I had Espi help me with my phone upgrade after my old one was giving me a ton of issues, and everything went super smooth despite how busy the place was. She took the rush like a champ and was fabulous all around, making sure everything went through and was set before we left the store.
I had to return later that week, because husband ordered the wrong phone, and Martin (Marvin? Mason? sorry can't 100% remember, I was super tired that day 🙈) was AWESOME and handled everything with zero issues on either ends. He was super knowledgeable about multiple issues and, like Espi, made sure everything was fully set before I left the store.
Husband and I went in a week later to get his new phone; we got Kade this time. He was whatever, not rude but pretty quiet and on his phone most of the time. While he was doing the computer stuff, he was quiet the whole time and didn't explain anything; again, whatever. The thing that annoyed Husband and I was that he claimed the phone was activated, and that we needed to just do the transfer process at home, but the phone didn't work when we got home. Husband returned to the store, Kade insisted that after everything was transferred over from the old phone to new phone, it would be activated. That's not how phone activations work, but okay, we tried. Still didn't work; mind you, the old phone is no longer active, so husband is down a phone now. We had to call Verizon, and the told us the old phone was deactivated from service and the new phone was never activated, which they did remotely. Something relatively simple took two days to do. Not the end of the world, but annoying due the the lack of a phone and overall dismissiveness.
TL;DR: Most employees are fabulous and know what they're doing, like Espi and Marvin/Martin/Mason (again so sorry for not remembering). Kade wasn't engaging at all and seemed much less knowledgeable, while also dismissive and not ensuring everything actually gets done like the way its supposed to, like a phone activation.

Mason was very helpful helping us navigate our account and making necessary changes in our account for us to access it eventhough he was by himself and there people waiting that came after us.
