Checked in at the entrance & the screen said I would be helped when it was my turn, then went to sit down as it seemed all the employees were busy. I was there about 25 minutes waiting for assistance. Eventually most of the employees were done helping their customers, the app said it was my turn, but nobody came to me. Then a couple walked in and an employee immediately ran over to them before they even checked in. That’s when I walked out.

I could tell both men weren’t rushing any of their customers when they easily could have been in a hurry to get home themselves. Schuyler ended up helping me, he’s awesome. I appreciate the awesome customer service and willingness to answer any questions. My mom and I were in about a month ago with another representative who was also very kind and looking to get us the best possible deal. Awesome team there. Thank you guys!
