    I recently discovered that our regular salesman has left. I’m incredibly disappointed about this. He was incredibly attentive and personable, making me feel like I wasn’t just another customer he needed to sell something to.

    My mom and I made an appointment on 11/03/25 at 4pm. We got there and a very nice lady immediately helped us and did her job. When it came time for her to leave because she was getting off the clock, she came and checked on my mom and I for the last time, she told us that she was leaving and that her manager would come check on us. Not once did anybody check on us after she left, we even looked at 4 people in the eye and not one of them came to check on us at all. We even needed help after she left and when we tried to get help from them they all avoided eye contact with my mom and I. Worst employees and manager ever! At the point that you have customers in your establishment and they are looking at you for help you and you completely ignore them is sad and disgusting! You all should be ashamed of yourselves. My mom and I finally figured it out after 2 hours being at verizon with NO HELP from any of its employees or managers or even bosses. 2 hours my mom and I were there and besides that nice lady that helped us at first, nobody else helped us when they all knew that we needed help and they all just completely ignored us. Thanks for the help......NOT! Thanks for literally no help whatsoever All the employees and managers (Besides the nice lady) are no help whatsoever and you all would have better luck finding what you need or the actual help from Bestbuy

    This was the worst experience ever. Purchased phones online/ over the phone. Went to the store 3 1/2 hours lady, the young Latina girl who attempted to help stated the phones were ready and all she had to do was pack them up. Fast forward to 1 hour and 1/2 later she then comes back and stated that since we are in store it won't let her give us the phones, crazy right. She then stated she put in a ticket to override it but didn't know when it would be ready and she would call. Left the store called Verizon l, spoke to rep who informed us that there was no reason why they couldn't dispense the phones and that they were trying to gain something for the store itself, her customer service was disgusting, there are certain jobs where you don't actually have to deal with people, maybe she should look for one. She was very helpful to the Latina lady that was ahead of me, but when it was my turn it was very, we can't do anything about it. 0/10 stars wouldn't recommend this location or interaction with this particular woman. After an hour filling a complaint against the store, and having the phones overnighted, the customer service rep was able to do what she couldn't.
