They ended up just transferring files over and setting up a new windows on my new hard drive so I had to manually transfer all apps, games and downloaded content from my old hard drive. My windows login and settings weren't moved over in the data transfer either. I had about 2tb of data on my old hard drive and only 264gb were moved. Getting my money back from this scam job. Now I have to do 2x as much work to restore my pc to what it was and clean up the mess these clown caused.
