- DWDebbie Warfield5 days ago1.0Never again! Ordered a TV and sound bar to be delivered and set up. The day to be delivered came and went! No call, no up dated delivery date, no nothing from them. I called and had to deal with AI! No real person. Finally got a real person who said I couldn't reschedule for 24 hours. After 24 hours, I called again and part of the order was out of stock 😑 I canceled the order! I was told the refund would be 4 to 5 days. Here it is 7 days later. Called again. They screwed up and it will be another 7 to 10 days. Buyer beware!!
