- CMClaeton Morgan4 days ago1.0We bought a TV and we were going to have it delivered. I believe we got it on a Sunday said it would be here by wednesday. I kept checking the tracking and we were up to date for to be delivered on wednesday between 12 and 2:00. At about 1:45 I got an update stating that our order was running behind but it would still be there today. By 6:00 when I got home it still was not here and I received a message stating that the order had been canceled. No reason. I had to call the store to find out that the reason it was canceled is because they didn't have one in stock anywhere in the valley and refused to just let me know that. Customer service was not very helpful at all. They basically told me sorry it was canceled because we didn't have it and you're going to have to deal with it. Terrible experience I do not recommend ordering anything from them
