    Terrible!!!! terrible customer service!!! I sat there for 40 minutes while the Verizon guy talked football with an another customer and the other guy didn’t even look up!! When it was finally my turn they were rude and not helpful at ALL!!! Save the trip and call customer service or go to Boise!!
