I have spent over four hours on the phone with 611- total waste of time- two trips into Lewiston for a grand total of 160 miles- multiple extra charges- and they want me to drive another 80 miles because their policy is they can’t assist me over the phone! There are options like the password, or texts - a plethora of ways to keep the account secure- but you need me to drive in, AGAIN??!! Ridiculous- T mobile- here I come!

She was very knowledgeable, told me about great deals that this store had on phones, service and accessories.
- CScarl salisburyOct 8, 20251.0Do not go to this store. They are not a Verizon store. I learned the hard way. When I switched to Verizon they sold me on cheap phones that never worked in my area. They also changed me almost $800 in store for a set up fee which ok I understand. Then I find out on my first bill Verizon also charged a $600 set up fee. Come to find out they lied to me and it was just a commission that I never should have been charged. Fast forward to time for an upgrade same thing they tried to charge me $300 for an upgrade and said my next bill would have that charge as well. I went to Verizon online had a phone overnights and paid a one time fee of $175 instead of the $600 it would have cost me. Stop letting this store steal your money and deal directly with Verizon.
