Kyle H helped us through the process of upgrading our phones, adding home internet (Which I will say has been awesome so far, money saving compared to the ridiculous price we were paying Sparklight, and speed is equally fast if not better), and adding a watch. Kyle was incredibly helpful, personable, and professional and made the process of this smooth and easy. He was also great with follow up after with making sure we got the promotions properly applied to our phones which I really appreciated. Have been a long time Verizon client and will continue to be after this experience. Definitely recommend this location and Kyle if you're needing to upgrade or switch from another carrier. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have spent over four hours on the phone with 611- total waste of time- two trips into Lewiston for a grand total of 160 miles- multiple extra charges- and they want me to drive another 80 miles because their policy is they can’t assist me over the phone! There are options like the password, or texts - a plethora of ways to keep the account secure- but you need me to drive in, AGAIN??!! Ridiculous- T mobile- here I come!
