  worst customer service ever , lady was very unkind and rude. Went in there too look for options for a new phone and walked right out I don’t even know why this one is open ?

  Jerome store not helpful. Did not act like she wanted to help me with anything. Did not explain my options at all. Waited for 20 minutes to be helped Called store in Twin Falls on Washington beside Walmart spoke with store manager there. He was very kind and helpful. Would suggest to everyone to by-Pass Jerome go straight into Twin
