    If I had the ability to give a negative star I would. I have been trying to give this location a chance for almost 7 years now. I have been with Verizon for over 13 years. I have never been so poorly treated everytime I have to go in there. Staff if friendly enough. The man who manages this location could use a refreshers course on customer service. He honestly has none to show. Especially after many years of continuous chances to show me anything different. Sadly to say I wont be back as it is just as easy to do online and not deal with rude individuals. Act like you care your customers walk threw your door. Dont just demand I call the help line and portray you are as useless as you appear.

    We had a great experience at Verizon today. I wish I would have asked the sales lady her name but she has a dragonfly tattoo on her hand. She was so great with my daughter! She was attentive, kind, helped my daughter see her options, and fast service! I love when sales people talk to my kids and give them the opportunity to make their own decisions! My husband and I were impressed :)
