I had my phone replaced from the insurance asurion. I had to go to the Gooding Verizon store for assistance. They were very helpful in this process. It does take time for a new phone to transfer so I left the information needed and left to take care of a few things. When I returned it was all completed. I have done this in the past and had issues retrieving account information. This time it was flawless. The lady who helped my was very nice and understanding of my experience. I highly recommend this Verizon for any of your Verizon needs. I will return for any upgrades or purchases in the future. Thank you.

Alright, this is going to be a lengthy review. I want to say AMAZING STAFF! Chelsea has been very helpful when Verizon screwed up our account. I came into the store and explained I would like to pay off four account payments upgrade 3 phones and add 2 new lines. Chelsea worked at this for 6 hours!!!! She did everything right and everything went wrong. This woman bent over backwards and I have to say.. I came from working cellular sales and she didn’t give up and didn’t even care to get the sales just wanted it fixed. I spent another whole day the next Saturday with Chelsea trying to get it fixed and got most of it done. For the amount the she makes on commission is pathetic for the work she put in... I want to say that our account for 10 years was saved by her. I about walked to another company with our 9 lines because of what Verizon did. I can’t say enough about this store here in GOODING IDAHO. If you need help come stop in here. Again problem after problem and they resolved all they could. I am upset with Verizon as a whole except one over the phone rep and the store in GOODING Idaho. I am not one to leave lengthy reviews.

Jessica was great, got me switched over from AT&T with no problems!! So glad she was there to make the switch easy! I won't go to any other store now!
