    Thank god for Lucas in that store because he atleast mitigated the blow back. I purchased a new phone with my trade in, traded in my wifes phone early, got a watch and tablets figured this could be our christmas present, was told our bill would land around $219, sounds fair and fine to me, told the associate no to pretty much all the additional protection plans and stuff, my wife recalls saying no more than ever saying yes. 29 days later i receive my bill... $866 after i shelled out $600 in taxes when we got our phones. Turns out my plans were upgraded to the $80 plan for each phone which i was not informed of. A $68 protection plan for all devices was added when we said no, and now if i change my plan to our original ones we had before. I loose my trade in value and pay full price for my phone. Im still forking out over $1,000 for 2 phones and a watch, and we had to return the tablets due to the situation at hand. If you're doing a big switch, maybe make sure you are working with the manager or someone who doesnt write down your total on an old envelope, that shouldve been my red flag to begin with.
