Anyway, I had Geek Squad fix it a few times (replaced hard drive and other similar things). Well the screen went black (ended being the motherboard and couldn't be fixed) on me and so I took it in to have them look at it. I have 24/7 tech support and it wasn't covered?! I bout the most expensive insurance package they had! The different insurance packages are VERY confusing to understand what is covered and what is not. I wouldn't go with them, especially considering how expensive the packages are.
