    Waited 15-20 min for help In a small uncrowded store. Was then told I needed to see Verizon rep. Spent 10 minutes or so explaining my needs to Verizon rep. only to tell me he could help me further since he had to complete two hours of training to open his Verizon system. I could only laugh at how absurd this whole tech mess has become. Please note I was there to buy a new phone and new tablet. Looking into other suppliers.

    They have quick and easy customer service however some tech products there are worth it in some aren't. Do your research first. I paid $100 there for a reverse camera that at the same quality as a $15 one from Walmart. Otherwise this stuff are very helpful and I love the store

    Picked a bad date for delivery so called customer service to change to pickup and call taker was thorough making sure my pickup was at my store not 50miles away. Very nice and pleasant too. I went to store and parked and they put the TV in my car for me. And who'd think a 60inch TV only weighs 25lbs. Not like the old one about 75lbs
