  The guy who helped set us up was cool. He didn't even seem motivated to gouge us! He was honest about pricing ( unlike other wireless companies V used).

  They have a great selection of phone to choose from and phone products for sale!!! Clean store!!! Helpful and frinedly staff!!!

  My tablet got knocked off my bill because the app glitched while i was trying to lower my phone bill. I went to this store for help they charged me $53 and said $10 was for a new sim and the rest was prorated for my bill because they're a prepay. Ya my bill just came and is not prorated they didn't tell me about the activation fees and mislead a 100% disabled veteran. When i came back to ask on veterans day another person said to call 611 who after 32 minutes cut me off and told me they can't refund what the store charged me and that 611 wouldn't have charged me that fee or made me get a new sim, they would have just turned my tablet back on.All this because the app glitched and neither will take responsibility and both want money i shouldn't have to pay. Thank you for adding to my money problems while thanking me for my service.
