  If you want to order a new device or fix an issue go to a CORPORATE Verizon, not here. They ordered my new phone and I had to wait 3 weeks just for me to come in and Tyler to tell me he can’t find it or it was not delivered. They had 0 accountability for their mistake, and couldn’t guarantee that I’ll get the new phone if I order it again. Also TYLER was very passive aggressive and rude at times and tried to assume I was the reason the phone was ordered wrong, an employee from this store had placed the order for me so every issue I’ve had was a cause of this store’s employees incompetence. A corporate store resolved all my issues in 5 minutes, explained what happen and got me my phone to be delivered tomorrow at my house.

  I'm visiting family in Caldwell. When I arrived, I managed to drop my phone on the ground which resulted in the numbers double tapping when trying to enter my passcode. I could not get my phone to power off or restart as I had to enter in my passcode to make that happen. I had my brother-in-law look up the closest Verizon store and I drove over to see if they could assist me. Crystal working at the store managed to help me in about 30 seconds! She was super sweet and taught me how to resolve the issue if it were ever to happen again. I wanted to make sure she has the recognition for being so professional and kind. Great customer service!!

  This by far the worst Verizon store I have been to . This place has zero customer experience. I've had bad experiences in the past but I thought maybe it got better and decided to give another try . I was wrong maybe the problem is management. Will never return to this store again
