When I arrived, I managed to drop my phone on the ground which resulted in the numbers double tapping when trying to enter my passcode. I could not get my phone to power off or restart as I had to enter in my passcode to make that happen. I had my brother-in-law look up the closest Verizon store and I drove over to see if they could assist me. Crystal working at the store managed to help me in about 30 seconds! She was super sweet and taught me how to resolve the issue if it were ever to happen again. I wanted to make sure she has the recognition for being so professional and kind. Great customer service!!

I've had bad experiences in the past but I thought maybe it got better and decided to give another try . I was wrong maybe the problem is management. Will never return to this store again

Finally in frustration I came here and I'm so very glad I did. The delightful young lady who helped me was named Kim and I really can't say enough to praise her for her excellence. In every respect she made my visit enjoyable and successful. She listened attentively and took notes as I described my issue and she truly went way above and beyond to fix the problem quickly and completely. She also has an awesome personality and a great sense of humor as well. Not only did she provide exceptional service but she made me laugh and smile the whole time. I hope that the management at this store recognizes the treasure they have in Kim and I hope they reward her for the value and the excellence she brings to their business. 5 stars aren't enough for Kim! Thank you for making my day
