    Service was fast and efficient. Happy with the service I received. Getting billed for the protection plan that I opted out of, so I'll have to call and get that squared away. Unable to register on the app, but hopefully that'll be resolved soon. 4 stars only because of the associate at the store. Otherwise 2.5.

    Came in for an unscheduled trade-in/plan upgrade and the rep (i unfortunately forget his name, but i wanna say it was James or something similiar.) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and overall helpful. Ty for the friendly service! Will definitely be my go-to store for future visits to Verizon

    Had an appointment with Andrew for 10am, he showed up at 10:40am. Then tried to sneak $200 worth of Accessories onto my bill without saying a thing. Will never go back.
