I really miss Juan!!

Why not its a idaho ID with picture and birthday. pretty painlessly i bought the phone. For the two weeks the phone started shutting down for no reason. I stop by to explain the situation. The woman that sold me The phone was there. She recognized me and acted like she was on the phone and let the other girl help me. The other girl until I explain the situation was freindl. Then her demeanor changed after I explained why I was there. First she asked me Where did I buy the phone? I said from her and motioned to the woman that sold me the phone. Then she asked me what kind of phone it was.I said the samsung galaxy a fourteen by accident. She said , well , we don't sell that phone. Like I was lying about getting service there. Valid, I did get the number wrong.It is sixteen not fourteen. Then said she couldnt help me with my ID saying that she couldn't take that. I explained to her it worked to sell me The phone. She began to explain ID's and how I should get a new I. D. Then she got into my account like she was doing me a one time favor and would be the last time I could be helped with out have a valid form of I. D. Then said that I do have insurance which I paid for the situation. And told me. To call 611 and deal with manufactured that it wasn't cricket responsibility. So why would I buy insurance from cricket if I need to go to a third party. The whole time the woman that sold me the phone just pretended like she was busy on her phone. If this doesn't get resolved I'll be switching to boost mobile.
