I am understanding to those issues beyond their control bur here we are, 6 months later and I am still not getting credit for the phones I traded in. Four phone calls now to Verizon wireless customer Service and being told it has been handled and yet it has not. Trying to call the office today and you don't get to actually speak with someone that can help.
