I own a construction company so I am well aware that I am hard on my phones. That being said I add insurance to everything. Come to find out, when my last phone with Verizon indefinitely broke, it wasn’t insured and they couldn’t add it after the fact. I walked in to upgrade my phone last month and I made it very clear, multiple times, that I needed and wanted to add insurance. I had him triple check on the final payment screen that there was insurance added. They literally told
Me where to go if I need to repair my phone or Put in a claim. Lo and behold, Verizon almost screwed me again, no insurance on the phone. This is the second, different Verizon store to do that to me now. Not sure what the disconnect is but it’s not ok.

We have worked with Mick Anderson on our last 3 new phones and he is wonderful to work with. He is knowledgable, kind, patient and provides excellent customer service which is very rare these days! Give this man a raise!
