I do not recommend this store or any Verizon store that is not corporate. Actually I don’t even recommend Verizon- they are always a mess with billing, tech questions, you get routed to an out of the country call center. I only stay with them because we have three phones on the service and two are for business and college student in Az where you have to have Verizon because service is so sketchy. I bought a phone online through Verizon app ($1400) was supposed to be ready in “one hour” got to store 9 hours after they opened as I had not received a ready for pick up message. Got there they said “we see it but can’t give it to You because it doesn’t exist.” They wanted me to cancel the order and start over on my end because they couldn’t. They called their worthless call center who recommended canceling the order because they couldn’t cancel it on their end either. After 45 minutes in this store, $1400 later and no phone I was advised by this stores manager Sam and Tyler to go to an”corporate store” because “they can cancel thenorder because we can’t. We can’t give you the phone either because it won’t release it. It’s a system glitch I guess.” Oh and the other thing — my outstanding $1400 charge with no phone to walk away with? “The charge will fall off on a few days if you don’t pick up phone” me: “I need a phone today” them: “you will have to go to corporate store.” Basically Verizon somehow screws up my order wastes my time now I the customer have to drive another 20 minutes to another store, wait again and hope they can cancel the order or I don’t know actually give me the phone I paid for. Bottom line: go to a corporate store if you have to do anything with the worst-mobile-phone-service-in-the-world. Ps - to the owner don’t bother telling me to contact Victra - you should contact them not me the customer.
