I went into the store thinking I could get the new iPhone before they had told me it was out of stock. They had mentioned they could order the phone for me and could pick it up when it arrives. Little did I know that once they ordered the phone, I was going to be charged almost $40 for something I could have done myself:( service was good but I believe there was poor clarification.
