When I asked for the prices of the options, he immediately became rude. He then left for about five minutes, and upon returning, he literally threw the AirPods onto the counter. There was no one else in line except me, so I went to the next available cashier because his behavior was unbelievably disrespectful.

Now they’ve had a “policy change” where they want to charge $8 for every installation. It is unethical to change the terms of an agreement after the agreement has already been made.

Everyone I talked to was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable—they really took the time to answer my questions and make sure I found what I needed. I do wish there were a few more deals or discounts, but overall the experience was great. It’s nice to shop somewhere where the team actually cares about what you’re looking for. Definitely appreciate the great customer service!
- JDJeneen DahlOct 27, 20255.0This review is about the G733 gaming headset (zero stars) and not Best Buy. So my gaming headset finally died and I decided to get another Logitech headset. Only I went for cloth covering the foam earpieces because the last set I had, was loosing little bits of fake plastic/leather for the last two years of its life. Big mistake. The memory foam covered by cloth? *shivers* like nails on a chalkboard. Also one side was a lot quieter than the other. I’m hopeful Best Buy will be amazing and take the item back but not holding my breath. I’ll update later. 11/2/2025 update Returning the headset took less that 15 minutes even with the sales person training one of their new people. Super easy, 15 day return policy. Was able to find better headset. No fuss. Highly recommend this location. Everyone was nice and professional.
