Horrible experience! I talked with Apple support they told me my warranty would cover the cost of fixing my daughter’s cracked iPad mini 6 screen. I get to the appointment for the Genius to look at everything. We waited for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Then the lady tells me it will be like $350 to fix it because my warranty doesn’t cover it or told to get a new iPad mini 6. I have Apple everything. I am definitely concerned to ever go to this store again. Definitely would not recommend!
