Not to mention 2 security guards for a tiny store that just sit there and stare at everyone. This is Boise. Not Seattle. Give it a rest!! I won’t be back here again.

When I arrived, they ran their diagnostic tests and told me I was “lucky” because they had the exact screen I needed in stock. My appointment was at 1:45 PM, and the pickup time was set for 4:45 PM. However, when I came back for pickup, they told me they actually didn’t have the screen and weren’t able to complete the repair. Now I have to wait for their next shipment and return on a day I work, which defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment in the first place. They also didn’t give me a new estimated time. They did offer a free screen protector, which I appreciate, but overall this experience was not convenient in any way, shape, or form.

Then another employee asked if I’d been helped, and I told her that I hadn’t been assisted yet and needed help purchasing a phone. She said she would send someone. I literally stood in the middle of the store for about 40 minutes, getting ignored, while other employees talked to one another or helped customers who arrived after me. They would literally stare at me, and turn their heads the other way. The whole experience had me feeling awful, and discouraged from ever stepping into their store again.
