  I transferred from T-mobile to Cricket after 11 years. I was lucky enough to have the Manager, Nathalie,to help me with all the technical things that entail when switching providers Not only was Nathalie extremely professional with the plans and products with Cricket, she was also very kind and calm which helped my stress level decrease. The entire experience with Nathalie was positive and effective. I could tell she really cared about her job and her customers. Employees like Nathalie are hard to find these days. I recommend Cricket on Milwaukee with Nathalie for any phone needs. She was the best.

  I purchased two phones, last month by the 6th day but to their rules it was the 7th day was to late to return in store. I had work 3 12hr work noc shifts,Dr appt and 2 funerals I couldn't go in and take the phones back. The second day which was a good 10hrs after getting them they started freezing, resetting, logging out of apps mid use, turning off mid calls. When I finally had time to schedule warranty they give me the wrong codes, which was very frustrating that was a whole 2-hour process a good 45 to50 minute wait just to talk to somebody after phone disconnected. I went back to the store to turn back on our old phones that were worthless because we needed phones before we got our new ones back, I had to pay for a SIM card which they never put in the new phone anyways. or took out of the old phone yet magically I needed a SIM card for it to work so I had to pay more money. we can't pull up the screen protectors now I have to purchase more screen protectors. Instead of get a new phone I get a refurbished phone back,which Makes no sense to do your customers like that. I purchased two phones covers and screen protectors just for them not to work and then have to get a used one back and still have to put more money. Top it off in-store told me I can activate my phone when it comes in the mail but whoever packaged it put the stickers on top of each other so it ripped off the order code so I have no order code. Very Frustrating
