    Truman helped my wife and I to take the 2025 Christmas promo on both of our old phones. So, we upgraded to the Samsung S25. Somehow, Verizon customer service applied the wrong credit amount. Truman fixed the error promptly. He was kind, proffesional and friendly in our interactions. I love that the employees here take time to listen to you. That being said, when you upgrade your phone using a third-party retailer like this one, you need to pay a store fee of $40 per phone. If you want to avoid that store fee, then you should use buy the phone online from Verizon.
