We purchased 2 new phones and we were coming over from At&T. On Saturday Jan 31, 2026 KJ was very helpful and he is a keeper. We spent 3 hours with KJ but couldn’t download some of our apps like Mail and Facebook. So we went home to wait till the next day. Nothing worked at home. One message said because of theft control I couldn’t download on my phone for a week. I went back to the office. I think our helper was Sam. He had only been there 4 months. We accomplished very little. The discount I was given on Saturday by the district manager (thank you) wasn’t showing up on my information correctly and he couldn’t do anything about it. I ask him to call KJ and he refused. He just wanted to leave a note for the next day. We messed around some more and I pushed him to call KJ. He called him and about 5 seconds into the call it was cut off and KJ had answered. I asked him to call back and he was in responsive to me. Then I determined that he was sending KJ a text. I asked him if he understood what Customer Service means. After some time kJ answered the text. We didn’t solve the issue but KJ agreed to handle it. I went home anfter 2 hours and returned on Monday when KJ was there. I spent another 2 hours with KJ and he was able to work around the phone restrictions and I think I had to download some of the apps at home. Conclusion: it is entirely unacceptable to take 7 hours or more to get 2 new phones. KJ was good but I wasn’t sure if he knew what we were going to have to go through. The rookie wasn’t very cooperative and didn’t have solutions. There was a more experienced helper there and he should have passed me to him. I even told him at the start that if you don’t know how to solve the problems then it’s okay to get the other guy involved. Of course he didn’t. It was a bad enough experience that next time I’ll look at my other options more seriously.
