What happened to “you get what you pay for”? I’m paying for premium coverage and service and that’s not what I’m getting. I suggest if you have Verizon, you leave. They don’t deserve your business. Or mine. I will be switching immediately.
- KSKD ShullAug 3, 20251.0Wow - I have never seen a manager less interested in the customer experience. There was a "waiting list" to be helped, even though there were only 3 people in the store. An associate was helping one, and the manager was helping another. When the manager finished with her customer, I asked a question. She responded by telling me to get on the list. I did. I stood around for 10 minutes while the associate continued to help his customer and the manager did nothing. Finally, I asked if the manager could help me. She said no, she was a manager and her associate could help me. I asked what she does - she said she helps her associates. I asked whether she could help me until her ONE associate needed assistance. She said no. So I left and did not purchase the item I had walked in to get. I don't care how special you think you are - if you're an employee and you're on the floor, you help customers. After I originally posted this, I read the other reviews. It seems I am not the only one who has had issues with this manager. VERIZON - IT'S TIME TO TAKE ACTION WITH THIS MANAGER BEFORE YOU LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS!
