Long story short, the credit card charge didn't go through. (Thank God) The appointment fell through. What a lousy business model to use out of country call centers. Then the last person I talked to tried to upsell me to being a preferred status card member. This business deserves to go bankrupt.

The employees said their customer service team never knows what they’re talking about and shrugged their shoulders at me. So we went to You Break I Fix and they fixed it the same day!
