Went in for a laptop today. I don't know anything about laptops or anything. So my husband told me what to look for. I went to ask the friendly Microsoft lady about a computer. She was telling me that my master degree husband was wrong in computers. He works in software. She then went on to tell me that I need to up my budget. I then picked a computer out and she went on about how out dated it is. She also said that I won't be able to do anything on it besides writing a paper. It was crazy experience. I don't know if they make commission or not but this lady needs training on what fits the customer not focusing on how much she sells.

Outstanding salesperson.i had found an item on line and they initially had difficulty locating it in the store. After some time it was discovered and exactly what I was looking for. I was very appreciative of the service and that they did not give up.

Set an appt in home (prepaid mine you)with Geek Squad for pc-printer issue...it was a no show. Had to call them to reschedule. No reason given. Reschedule for week & half later. Day before it rather than give the appt time they now say I have no appt and need to reschedule. So I did. Meanwhile I got aggravated and got the problem fixed otherwise so canceled Geek Squad and awaiting my refund. Do better. You guys used to be reliable.
Just noted the owner reply...i have dmed on Instagram. Also had sent a DM the other day on Instagram that got no reply.
