    Terrible service. Stood in the car audio section while an employee played on her phone. When I asked her if she worked in car audio, she had an attitude. Can’t stand the customer service

    We purchased appliances at the end of November. We paid for install of a washer, dryer, microwave, range, fridge and dishwasher. We have had 3 appointments and none of them have been completed. There is 0 communication from Best Buy. You are unable to speak to a supervisor on the 1800 number and unable to speak to the store directly over the phone or you’re told someone will call you back and they NEVER do. I even had the direct number to the installer who was installing the appliances and he told me he had to time to install them and Best Buy wasn’t able to schedule it. This is the WORST experience I have ever had. Appt 1, they just no call, no showed. Appt 2 the helper didn’t come back from vacation in time to complete the install safely. Appt 3, was just moved reschedule and we waited for over an hour to talk to someone with no avail. I’m so sad and angry. I do not want to cancel but at this point I feel like I spent $7500 for something I will never receive.

    This has been one of the most frustrating purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I bought a TV with scheduled delivery, made arrangements around the appointment window, and then—during the actual delivery timeframe—received notifications requiring me to reschedule. This happened three times over the course of three weeks, with no explanation provided. Ultimately, I was forced to cancel the order entirely. Even after multiple attempts, no customer service representative could explain what the issue was or provide a resolution. It also appears that Best Buy has outsourced its customer service overseas, and the language barrier made it extremely difficult to get clear information or resolve anything. I’ve used Best Buy for both personal and work purchases in the past, but after this experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere. It’s disappointing to see how far the level of service has declined.

    I had a mixed experience at this location. One manager was extremely unhelpful and wouldn’t even come talk to me or show any concern, which was honestly frustrating and I about canceled my total plus plan and swore off Best Buy because of him. The issue wasn't the stores fault, but not even coming to talk to me is honestly pathetic. That said, I’m still giving this store 5 stars because of the employees who did care and tried to help. The team working tonight made real efforts to fix my GPU issue, and when they couldn’t fully resolve it, they let me know a better time to come back and talk to a supervisor that helped me before. That alone says a lot. Jaden also gets a lot of credit for my previous experience here with a laptop. He went out of his way to help me sort out an account issue and get me a warranty on my laptop after a little mess up. He was patient, friendly, and genuinely willing to help, even when things were messy and complicated. He’s also the main reason I signed up for the Total Plus plan and didn’t completely give up after that initial experience. I also want to call out the young guy at the front door who greeted me. He was super friendly, helpful, and did all he could to help me no matter what. Didn't catch his name but he wore glasses and was super friendly. While I ultimately had to go to a different location to fully resolve the issue thanks to one bad manager, the employees here, especially Jaden, absolutely deserve credit.
