  I'm surprised how much this store has become mediocre. You go in to buy something and they apply high pressure sales tax tactics to every sale they make. Would you like to buy this add-on do you want to buy our plan? They tell you all the benefits of their plan. They're masters at scamming people.

  I was greated at the door by a friendly person. He directed me to the phone/smart watch section and said someone would be there to assist. I didn't wait to long. This is when service went down hill. I was looking for a smart watch. I asked questions about the difference between models and he had no clue. He googled it and only came up with the depth of water it could withstand. I had already researched this and knew more than him. I decided to have them set it up. I went geek squad. I sat there for 15 minutes before the guy behind counter even looked at me. He asked what I needed even though my watch was sitting on the counter in front of me. His demeanor was agitated and rude. He said it would be. $50 for him to do that. I thought if you purchased from them they would it setup. I just took my watch and set it up myself.

  They either need to hire more people or, they need to train people to identify if a customer needs help.

  Customer service is horrible, there isn't a way to contact the store, had a remote car starter installed and the same day it's not working and I'm told by a call center they can look at it in 3 weeks are you kidding me? The whole process was horrible setting the appointment and buying the product to being early to the appointment and the store was not open, but was told to be 15 min early and I was 30 min early and employies not acknowledging you are there when they are walking in , I would highly not recommend best buy for service period, beware! You have been warned!

  Absolutely the worst experience ever buying appliances from them. They have rescheduled my fridge install three times without explanation and I have been without a working fridge for months because of it. Never would have bought it if I knew it wasn't in stock but there is no way to verify that beforehand.
