    If you own a business go with PC or get it online. The store has no idea what they are doing when it comes to business accounts. I bought a Macbook Air for a new hire, explained I had a Business Connect account, which I though was separate from a Apple Business Manager account. I explained this and expressed my concerns of creating a duplicate account. I was told that will not happen. Well... it did. I now have a staff member of my company that has no computer until Apple's engineers fix a "known" problem with the Business accounts. I am now being told will take a bit over a week from purchase to have this sorted out. Apple does not care about small business's and has no understanding that when a small business wastes time on a call, it takes away from growth of a company. I would highly recommend if you own a business, do not go in to this store. They have no idea what they are talking about and are only concerned with making a sale.

    I have a business and I bought a new laptop for a staff member. The people at this store have no idea how to use Apple Business Manager. I am currently trying to fix what they screwed up, which has taken hrs of time from my company. Training needs to happen. Update: Waited 72 hours then got this email to wait another 72 hours: "I know you are currently in a meeting but before calling you I wanted to inform you of what I have discovered. We currently have a back end issue with this that requires an engineering ticket. When I call you back I will have to gather logs and a screen recording and submit the ticket to our engineering team. However, I do know you are on a time crunch and needed this resolved today. We cannot guarantee it will be resolved today, once the ticket is submitted we have to give the engineers 72 hours turn around time but it could get resolved sooner than that." If you have a business save yourself time and get a PC.

    Horrible customer service i set an appointment and still end up waiting for over 30 min to get my watch looked at because It literally just decided to quit working and turns out they send it out to get repaired or replaced they actually dont fix anything at the store big waste of time and money will not be back !! Just save yourself the hassle and go through support!

    My experience with Daniel was honestly concerning. I left our interaction feeling unheard, confused at the lack of solutions, and quite frankly angry. It felt like everything was either an upsell or a downgrade. None of the solutions offered were appropriate given that Apple was fully at fault (hardware malfunction). Daniel has absolutely no customer service skills; empathy, understanding, tact, nothing that would tell me Apple should have a person like this representing them to their customers. Do better Apple, and do better Daniel. v

    Not the write a review kind of person but today was not a fun experience. My second time in here over the last two weeks for logic board failure, an incredible coincidence. To be clear, there is no damage to my phone of any kind, the logic board failed and my phone refuses to turn back on. Having been a loyal apple customer for 10+ years without having ever come in for any issues, I was disappointed to be treated as a burden by Daniel. He acted as if my phone issues were my fault and offered me no convenient solutions, showing exasperation and impatience several times over our interaction. Furthermore, the only options offered were a wait period to get another phone (which I had already gone through two weeks prior to find myself here yet again), spend an extra $500 for an upgrade, or trade my phone in for a downgrade. I'm not only disappointed by Apple's response to the issue, but also with Daniel's (their representative) lack of empathy, reasoning, and viable solutions. Highly recommend giving him some training in customer sensitivity, care, and appropriate communication skills.
