She was patient and made sure she explained everything . It was an elderly lady in there before us she was so kind and patient with her and helped her with her device . My daughter and i almost thought she didn’t have our devices in stock and we dreaded having to go to the other Burlington location . By the grace of God fed ex showed up with the devices we needed and we were able to get through the process
