I live two hours from Washington Iowa and I was informed of a family friend who needed a phone emergently. The family friend is local to Washington Iowa. I remembered Alysha well from all the wonderful care she had given me previously, when I was a local resident. I called Alysha, explained the situation and asked if there was anyway she could help me -even though I was two hours away. Alysha went out of her way to meet with my family friend and arrange a phone and service to be added to my Verizon account. This involved a lot of extra work on her part to make it happen since I was not there to physically add a new phone onto my account. She did all the legwork and all the paperwork for me so that all I needed to do was get my card down there to be swiped. More people pitched in to get the card to Alysha- but that’s another story. I cannot say enough good things about Alysha and how she runs this Verizon Store. She is an absolute asset!!! She exemplifies professional behavior and goes out of her way for customer service! I cannot be more pleased!!! If I could give more than five stars I would!!!!
