- SSSpecialized Bike Seller4 days ago5.0Our older alarm, monitored by ATECH, had aged gracefully but was outdated, so we phoned ATECH about available options. The conversation was on point, and we easily settled on a new alarm panel that would integrate directly with the original alarm's wiring scheme as well as a monitoring plan. After the written agreement was finalized, the new installation was scheduled for a few weeks into the future. The installation associate arrived promptly as scheduled. She was well versed in the nuances of the older alarm panel, so taking it offline was an easy process. The new, cellular phone-based panel was mounted to the same location as the previous panel and connected to the existing wiring without a hitch. She tested the system, one feature at a time, and confirmed that it worked 100% as designed and intended. She thoroughly tested the whole realm of possibilities that could involve an alarm event, then gave us a demonstration of all of the features and various options a user should know about, and how to manage these events using the manual keypads as well as the mobile app (which she helped us install and synchronize on our phones). Basically, it was 10-star service but there are only 5 permitted here, so that will have to suffice. I would recommend ATECH for a residential alarm and monitoring service, and if you happen to meet the installation associate who serviced our alarm, you will understand why 10 stars is not an exaggeration.

We recently built a new house and we had them do our entire house (closets, coats closets, linen closets, master closet, shelving in our playroom, etc). Bill was great to work with from start to finish! He creates the best ideas for each space. They have so many options to choose from as well. 10/10 service and installation!!!
