- JCJeff ClarkNov 7, 20241.0We were having issues with our phones from Cricket. We went over to Spencer's store and bought brand new Cricket Outlast phones. When we got home they still weren't working. We called customer service at least 15 times and went to store about 10 times. Each time they were unsuccessful in getting our phones working. My son has a Samsung phone on same plan and his phone works fine. So we asked them if we could just swap our cricket phones for Samsungs. They were willing to do this but we had to pay for activation, taxes and other fees, but we already paid that on the OutLast phones from cricket we had purchased. We haven't had any internet access on our phones since Oct 3rd and they said they would credit our account. I called back to make sure they were going to credit us and now they say they are not even going to do that. I've been with cricket for 13 years and this is how they treat their loyal customers. Thanks a lot cricket!
