The phones were not in stock and were shipped to our home address. Because of where we live, we were advised that we could take the phones to the Sunnybrook corporate Verizon store in Sioux City, IA to have the data transferred from our old phones to the new ones. Today (02.24.2026) we went to the corporate store as advised. The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable, helpful, and got everything transferred with no problems and in a timely manner. He also installed our screen protectors and cases. We were very appreciative and pleased with the service we received today and highly recommend this store and the gentleman who helped us. Sadly, we did not get his name.

He took time to problem solve with me and provided me with solutions...I actually walked out with a lower bill, better device, and personal service that is top notch. I will be loyal to Verizon even longer because I visited this store. Thank you guys for listening, helping, and caring. That's hard to find lately.
