While I did not have an appointment I was the first in line….i waited 50 minutes and by the time we finally just walked out there were 12 in the queue behind us and I witnessed a minimum of 6 people leave. No one in the store seemed motivated and if there was a manager present they should really spend a little more time training and watching their staff. Hands down the worst Verizon experience….doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Obviously a little skeptical because prices but we got there she found the best possible solution for us and our families needs. We talked to her, and her coworker Judas came over also(it was closing time). Not only did they make sure we were taken care of they made us feel valued. Sarah made us feel so comfortable and was so easy to talk to. She informed us of all the perks, and things to try out. I would recommend her to all my friends and family! She is amazing! We love Sarah! Thank you again for your kind service!
